ABOUT THIS SESSION -This massage includes the use of cupping tools and coconut oil incorporated into the massage -Cupping involves suction, so redness may occur -The therapist will ensure the client is comfortable -Our prices are based on the length of the session, not pressure -Complimentary: hand & feet hydration gloves & socks, warm weighted blanket, warm eye pillow, pillows for comfort, heated table pad, sound therapy, aromatherapy -Our dimly lit room is lightly scented w/vanilla & lemon -Some health conditions & medications are contraindications PREFERENCES Specify in notes or in-person: 1. Aromatherapy with Essential Oils. Optional. Used for aromatherapy when the client is face-down, & w/unscented lubricants. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment time. No refunds will be given for prepaid appointments if cancelled on the day of the appointment. Cloud9 Spa also reserves the right to charge a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee on top of no refund, or in the event the booking was not prepaid. This ensures our reserved time slots will be compensated for our time. Cloud9 Spa will always work with our clients, so let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
