Service Description

SESSION DETAILS Our sauna will be prepared for you in advance. You will receive a cool towel infused with plant-based collagen-enhancing water to cool down with, and hydrogen water following your sauna treatment. You may also use our shower to rinse off with our unscented & hypoallergenic organic cleansers. Our showerhead is filtered, and also infuses the water with vitamins A, C and E! SESSION TIME Once clients arrive to the sauna room, our timers are then set to allow our clients enough time to change and get settled into the sauna to enjoy a full session. BENEFITS Infrared Sauna use combines infrared light therapy with sauna therapy which provides benefits like: Detox Pain-Relief Anti-Aging Immunity Weight Loss (up to 600 calories, equal to 2-3 mile run!) & So much more! Only one client allowed in the sauna at a time with this session option.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment time. No refunds will be given for prepaid appointments if cancelled on the day of the appointment. Cloud9 Spa also reserves the right to charge a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee on top of no refund, or in the event the booking was not prepaid. This ensures our reserved time slots will be compensated for our time. Cloud9 Spa will always work with our clients, so let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
